Support Co-ordination

The NDIS provides participants with funds for support coordination when they need an extra level of support to interlink with the services a person may need. This could include allied health professionals, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, physio's, and any number of other services that someone may need to improve their well-being.

Everyone needs something different from their support coordinator, this is why DCV's support coordinators will take the time to meet you in person, discuss and understand you as an individual, and make recommendations on the types of services you may like to connect with.

Our support coordinators are available to call at any time throughout business hours to help you with any questions you may have, provide advice, direction and assist with the setting of any appointments or connection with new services.
