Welcome to DCV

Thank you for choosing Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) as your service provider.

We are excited that you have decided to join us, and we look forward to an amazing collaborative, happy and successful partnership.

Our focus as an organisation is supporting you to achieve your goals, helping you in making your choices, and protecting your rights.

The purpose of this page is to introduce you to some of Disability Connect Victoria’s key policies and procedures that relate to the services that we offer, what we do, our terms, conditions and relevant supporting resources.

A hard copy version of the information contained on this page, also known as our client handbook, can be provided to you along with a client profile created from the information you provided when we met to complete our intake form.

This profile is given to DCV Disability Support Workers, so they have a clear understanding of the services you have requesting and how to provide these supports or services to using person-centred practices.
