THE HISTORY OF DISABILITY CONNECT VICTORIA
Disability Connect Australia Pty Ltd trading as Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) was established in February 2019 by Co-Founders, Racheal Stoll and Rhys Gorman to provide excellence in supports to people with disability as they strive to achieve the goals of their NDIS plans and live their best life.
While DCV is a relatively young company, there is a wealth of experience within the DCV team, with a combined 80+ years of community sector and business management experience across our senior managers. Coupled with a strong management team is an Advisory Panel of Industry and Business Experts who contribute to the success of DCV’s service provision.
Racheal Stoll (CEO), has been active in the disability sector for close to 30 years and has held executive management positions for the past 25 years in accommodation, respite, business development, recruitment & training, for a number of large disability organisations including: Tipping (now Aruma), Randstad, ONCALL Personnel, Wellways and Nextt Health.

Rhys Gorman (GM) specialises in creating positive and unique Customer Experiences, having previous experience working for leaders across various industries including retail, entertainment and energy. Rhys leads DCV's digital (I.T) operations, ensuring industry-leading solutions are implemented across the business to enable seamless interaction for all of our clients & stakeholders.

Together, Racheal & Rhys lead a nimble, mature and vibrant team in the office and out in the field, sharing their passion for providing individualised and industry-leading support services to those living with any type of disability or mental health condition.
