Disability Connect Victoria is a registered NDIS, TAC & WorkSafe Support Provider.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

We provide services across Southern Metro Melbourne, Eastern Metro Melbourne and all of Gippsland. This includes in-home one-on-one support, or help to access the community.

NDIS CONSULTANCY

We provide professional consulting services to assist people with establishing and implementing their NDIS plans, for FREE*. This is our contribution to building a stronger community and our way of giving something back.

 

Our aim is to demystify the NDIS, explain all aspects of your NDIS plan, support you with your plan reviews and plan review meetings… and guide you every step of the way to make sure you get the support you need from your NDIS plan.

TAC & WORKSAFE

Disability Connect Victoria is now registered to provide Attendant Care services to TAC & Worksafe clients. DCV provides Daytime Support, including Personal Care & Community access support. We also provide overnight attendant care support, either active or inactive.

This service is available across South Eastern Metro Melbourne and all of Gippsland.

Monthly reporting to keep you informed of the progress of your plan, how much funding you have used and how much funding you have left, and what the plan moving forward is. We care about your success.

OUR SUPPORT WORKERS

All of our support workers must meet strict criteria before they are employed with DCV.

Any service provided by our support workers that does not meet our high standards is not accepted, we take a zero-tolerance approach to misconduct.

How much do DCV services cost?


Disability Connect Victoria make our In-Home Support, Community Access and General Fees & Charges available on our pricing page which can be accessed by clicking here. All of DCV's pricing is in line with the 2019-2020 NDIS Price Guide which is applicable from July 1st 2019, for more information about how NDIS participants pay for services please read the ' How do I pay' FAQ below.




How do I (or the NDIS) pay for DCV services?


Disability Connect Victoria provides services to NDIS participants. Depending on how your NDIS plan is managed, DCV will charge in a different way. Please see below for the scenario applicable to your plan: NDIA Managed If your NDIS budget is managed directly by the NDIA, Disability Connect Victoria will create a service booking in the NDIA portal (Also known as PRODA) and claim any applicable charges directly from the NDIA. Upon request, DCV will also issue an invoice to the client to ensure there is full visibility of what, why & when we are charging a client. Plan Managed If your NDIS budget is 'Plan Managed' this means you have an organisation that makes claims in the NDIA portal on your behalf. If you have a Plan Manager, DCV will issue invoices directly to them for payment. Upon request, DCV will also issue an invoice to the client to ensure there is full visibility of what, why & when we are charging a client. Self Managed If you are managing your NDIS plan yourself, this means you have access to the NDIA portal and are submitting claim requests yourself for services that have been provided. Self Managed participants will receive invoices directly from Disability Connect Victoria via email. Private Fee for Service If you do not have an NDIS plan or are ineligible for an NDIS plan, DCV can provide the support you require. Private fee for service clients are invoiced directly and payment for services is required via direct bank deposit or credit / debit card within 7 business days from the invoice issue date. Please note: If you are an NDIS participant that requires support accessing the community it is important to check if a travel allowance has been included in your plan. If no transport budget has been provided or you are a private fee for service client, DCV may charge $1 per kilometre travelled. If applicable, this will be outlined within your service agreement.
