This can include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, household tasks, medication prompting, mobility assistance and more. At Disability Connect Victoria, we tailor our in-home support to each person’s individual needs and goals, always prioritising independence, dignity and comfort.

In-home support is typically funded through the Assistance with Daily Life (ADL) category of your NDIS plan. The amount of support you can access depends on what is included in your approved plan. If you are unsure how your funding applies, Disability Connect Victoria can work with you and your support coordinator to develop a support schedule that fits within your plan.

Yes. We provide a range of in-home support options including active overnight support and 24-hour care for clients with high support needs.
